Agile revolutionized the way IT departments operated and was a driving force behind successes within organizations like Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Salesforce. For many, the promise of shortened cycle times, optimized value delivery, increased effectiveness, and reduced costs have not been ‘as advertised’. But is this lack of results the fault of Agile? Are the promises of Agile fact or fantasy? Why do some companies see great results and others see barely any?
