Important pricing updates have been applied since January 2015 and affect a few of Service Rocket’s plugins. According to the editor, this change comes along with the announcement of new add-ons tiers and matches the new Atlassian licensing model. Some improvements have been done by the editor regarding functional quality of the products and the community, which is becoming stronger.
New pricing have applied to both new licenses and upgrades since January and maintenance renewal will also be concerned from the 1st of March 2015.

Moreover, Service Rocket licenses are non-perpetual ones. Consequently you should renew your maintenance if you intend to keep using it. The maintenance price represents 50% of a new license price. Knowing that the new license price changed, we highly recommend to renew your existing maintenance for up-to-3 years before the 1st of March.
