Conditions of Participation

Organizer:

Valiantys is the organiser of the raffle, held during the Atlassian Team 24 Europe expo.

Eligibility:

The raffle is open to all attendees of the Atlassian Team 24 Europe expo who visit the Valiantys booth, Partner booths and participate in the competition.

How to Participate:

1. Visit the Valiantys booth or any of our Partner booths to receive a two-sided raffle card.
2. Collect stickers or complete tasks from the following booths:
   • Appfire
   • HYCU
   • Lansweeper
   • Resolution
   • Tempo
   • Valiantys
3. Each booth may require either a simple visit or the completion of a task to receive the sticker.
4. Once all required stickers are collected, return your completed card to the Valiantys booth to enter the raffle.

Entry Deadline:

All completed cards must be submitted to the Valiantys booth by Thursday, October 10, 4pm to be eligible for the raffle draw.

Prizes:

The following prizes will be awarded to selected winners:

1. 700€ Gift Card to Ooni – Pizza Ovens
2. 300€ Gift Card to Airbnb
3. A free 30-minute Healthcheck of your choice by Valiantys (Cloud or Agile)
4. A free 12 month license for Resolution’s NASA app

Winner Selection:

Winners will be randomly selected from all valid raffle entries. The draw will take place after the conference. Winners do not need to be present to win and will be contacted by Valiantys with their prizes.

Notification of Winners:

Winners will be contacted using the details provided on the back of the raffle card. Prizes will be delivered electronically or arranged for pickup, depending on the nature of the prize.

General Conditions:

1. One Entry Per Person:
   Participants are limited to one entry in the raffle. Multiple entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.
2. Incomplete or Invalid Entries:
   Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
3. Non-Transferability of Prizes:
   Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable, Valiantys reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Participation Agreement:
   By participating in the raffle, attendees agree to these terms and conditions. They also agree that their participation does not entitle them to any additional rights or claims beyond those explicitly outlined in these conditions.
5. Exclusion of Liability:
   Valiantys, its Partners, and affiliates will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury resulting from participation in the raffle or use of the awarded prizes.
6. Right to Modify or Cancel:
   Valiantys reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Employee and Partner Participation:
   Employees of Valiantys, app vendors, Partners, and their immediate family members or relatives may participate in the raffle but are ineligible to win any of the prizes. Their entries will be excluded from the prize selection process.

Data Protection:

1. Data Collection:
   Participants’ personal information, including contact details provided on the raffle card, will be collected for the purpose of administering the raffle, notifying winners, delivering prizes and follow-up communication regarding its services. Contact details will also be shared with all Partners.
2. Data Use and Retention:
   Personal data collected through the raffle will be stored securely may also be shared with Partners. Valiantys may also use this information for follow-up communication regarding its services. Participants can opt-out of such communications at any time.
3. Data Sharing:
   Valiantys will not share participants’ personal data with third parties (other than with the Partners and affiliates as set out in this agreement), except where necessary to fulfill prize distribution or comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Rights:
   Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Valiantys. Participants may also withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data, though this may result in forfeiture of their raffle entry.
5. Data Protection Compliance:
   Valiantys is committed to protecting participants’ personal data and will process all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
