Job purpose

We are looking for an Account Manager to develop our business activity in the Canadian market. This entails a consultative approach which will allow you to quickly convert leads into successful clients.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this position is a real opportunity within the IT area for people looking for a different sales culture on a fast growing market.

Your responsibilities

You will sell our services and products to a customers' portfolio within a target market.

  • Execute a sales plan define with the Head of Sales, creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts
  • Drive some aspects of the sales cycle: proposals, scoping and closing
  • Support from Head of Sales on pricing and contract negotiations
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Prospect and build pipeline within the target market, cultivate your existing clients
  • Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with prospective clients
  • Provide account mapping to allow Head of Sales to contact key players
  • Work collaboratively with Professional Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Apply strategy and roadmap developed by Head of Sales, to drive the growth within the territory

More about you

Holder of a 4 to 5 years diploma, you have already sold IT service in a previous experience. You are recognized for your sales and customer relationship management skills.

You own the ultimate soft skills to succeed in a sales role:

You must be able to speak both French and English fluently
