Atlassian 2013: Year in Review

Same as each year, here is our review of Atlassian in 2013. The software company has once again been very busy:

  • Atlassian organized its first event of the year to meet users in a number cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Toronto, London, Paris, Munich, …) : Atlassian RoadTrip 2013.
  • Release of Greenhopper 6.2 (version planning)

  • Release of JIRA 6.1 (New workflow designer)

Not to be forgotten, this year saw the new releases of nFeed, Exocet, Team Calendar 4, and Zephyr 2.0. Other promising new products also entering the Atlassian Marketplace this year were: Arsenale Dataplane, Folio, EazyBI

All in all, 2013 was a busy year for Atlassian and full of exciting news which we have covered in our blogs, and 2014 is looking even better. Here is a glimpse of what’s coming:

  • A release cycle of Atlassian tools faster than ever.
  • New releases of our plugins nFeed & Exocet.
  • A new Atlassian Summit, which will take place this time in September in San Jose.
