She holds an M.S. in Mass Communications and Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.

His software startup AgileCraft was recently acquired by Atlassian, dedicated to pioneering enterprise agility, for 166M USD. Prior to this, he has already led several other startups, sales, support, strategy development, and engineering teams. His passion lies in designing tools and finding ways to help organizations scale all aspects of business operations. He enables leaders to excel in their management duties through the use of agile to transform the way they do business.

He has been successful in environments like publicly traded companies, quick-growing startups, and federal agencies, starting as a software engineer in Silicon Valley in the heyday of the Internet where he was first exposed to early Agile techniques.

    Jérémy Godefroy - IT Director, RATP Smart Systems Working in IT for more than 15 years and IT Director of RATP Smart Systems for 1 year, Jérémy is passionate about the organizational aspects and the impact that an IT Director must have on company's methodologies and the quality of life of its employees. One of his first missions at RATP Smart Systems was to implement a tool to support the deployment of agility within the company.

    Nathan Chantrenne - CTO, Valiantys Nathan has been enjoying Atlassian products for more than 10 years, with all possible roles: user, administrator, developer, consultant and delivery project manager. He has helped hundreds of companies over this period making the most out of their Atlassian products, whether in-person or through the consultants he managed. As Valiantys Chief Technical Officer, Nathan is now responsible for our delivery excellence and our service offerings development. Outside of the office, Nathan is kept very busy by his 2 young children.

    Dean McNeil - SAFe Practice Lead, Valiantys Dean MacNeil has been passionate about agile practices and tools since before they were called “agile,” having pioneered a form of iterative and incremental product delivery at the world’s leading music company in the mid 1990s. As an Atlassian Certified Consultant and Enterprise Agile Coach, MacNeil has helped companies of diverse sizes and verticals, including some of the world’s largest and fastest growing companies, to improve business agility and outcomes.

    Erin Collins - Senior Consultant, Valiantys Erin began her ITSM journey 23 years ago in Norfolk, Virginia 23 with a large telecom followed then an even bigger bank. Now a Sr. Valiantys Consultant and the Global Head of our ITSM Practice based in London, UK, she is keenly aware of the pain of having - and not having - established ITSM processes and practices. She holds an ITIL v3 Expert certification from Axelos, is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, and a US patent has been filed for her system retirement algorithm.
