Our support service SLA

At Valiantys, we are really focused on our customers satisfaction. This is why we are doing our best to respond to support requests within 16 business hours.

However, we would appreciate your patience and understanding if this goes over as we sometimes have to face peaks of requests, in which case we handle tickets based on priority.

Our support team will help you whenever you have issues and bugs linked to our apps providing you have a valid license and follow a configuration supported by Atlassian.

Our business hours

Valiantys handles support requests from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm EDT.
We are closed during weekends and on Canadian public holidays as below:

  • New Year (January 1st)
  • Easter Monday (Monday after Easter Sunday)
  • Victoria Day (Monday preceding May 25th)
  • St Jean Baptiste Day (June 24th)
  • Canada Day (July 1st)
  • Labour Day (First Monday of September)
  • Thanksgiving (Second Monday in October)
  • Christmas holidays (December 24th to December 31st)
