Role Purpose

To sustain our explosive growth, we are looking for an Enterprise-focused Account Manager to join our experienced French Sales Team in Toulouse. 

Reporting to the Head of Sales France, you will be offering our services and solutions to a range of Enterprise clients. We have ambitious plans for our future so you’ll be joining the business at a highly stimulating time, in a role with the opportunity to really make a difference. 

Our ways of working are created to cope with a world where change is the only constant, so we use a flexible Agile approach and ensure constant improvement to the solutions and services we deliver to our clients. 

Your responsibilities

You will develop and execute a sales plan, creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts on around 15-20 named key accounts (with a majority of existing clients) in public sector & telecom. 

Your daily tasks will be to:

  • Identify and build relationship with decision makers while managing long complex sales cycle
  • Develop a strategy to drive the growth within the territory and vertical by following a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Drive all aspects of the sales cycle including; proposals, scoping, pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and close new business opportunities with prospective clients while cultivating your existing clients
  • Work collaboratively with Professional Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

More about you

You clearly have an entrepreneurial flair with a passion for emerging technologies. You speak English and French fluently. 

You have a minimum of 5 years of IT service sales experience implying a good understanding of the software development lifecycle.  

Your solid experience in solution sales, and experience in longer sales cycles with C-level executives will help you not just delivering sales, but also seeing the strategic bigger picture to grow the business sector.

Of course, you have a high level of personal organisation and time management skills

And most important, you are a team player, you are trust-worthy and autonomous, you perform active listening with natural empathy and your tenacity matchs your power of conviction !

Knowledge of Atlassian products, ALM tools or ITSM tools would be ideal but is not essential.
